We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team at Llewellyn Motors.

  • Proven experience in workshop management, preferably with Subaru and Hyundai vehicles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant automotive qualifications and certifications.
  • A strong understanding of automotive repair processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Workshop Management

: Oversee daily workshop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely service.

Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of technicians and service advisors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure that all service-related issues are handled professionally and promptly.Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring all services and repairs meet or exceed manufacturer and company standards.Inventory Management: Manage parts and supplies inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components and tools for workshop operations.Reporting & Administration: Prepare and analyze workshop performance reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements as needed.Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines.
