The Role

As a rehabilitation consultant, you will collaborate with diverse clients across various sectors. This role involves travel to local areas, focusing on Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Assessments, Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments, and Case Management Activities.

  • Provide rehabilitation case management services to clients.
  • Conduct single service assessments.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders.
  • Aid injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment.
  • Facilitate independence in workers to return to work.
Requirements
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in psychology or rehab counseling.
  • Be eligible for provisional registration as a psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation or membership with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills – both written & verbal.
  • Demonstrate strong time management & goal-setting abilities.
  • Display strong report writing skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously.
  • Employ a positive, solution-focused outlook.
