Are you a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families? Our team is committed to delivering fun, functional, and family-focused care.

We offer individual and group therapies from purpose-built clinics across Perth, as well as in homes and schools. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work alongside Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists in a multidisciplinary team environment.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with current suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level to provide positive behaviour support services. On a daily basis, you will:

  • Assist NDIS participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using a positive behaviour support framework.
  • Ensure individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths.
  • Build knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support participants in their lives.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners.
