Behaviour Support Practitioner in Paediatrics

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide positive behaviour support services.

  • Support individuals with complex needs through assessment, planning, and goal-setting within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Evaluate and develop evidence-based support plans to promote meaningful outcomes.
  • Develop strategies to enhance the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants.

About You:

  • Current suitability at Proficient or Advanced level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Significant experience providing support to people with challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and report writing abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
