Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding career in events management? We are seeking an experienced Venue Supervisor to join our service team.

This role offers the chance to work across multiple iconic venues, delivering a diverse range of functions and events. No two days are the same

The Role

  • Lead and manage events across multiple spaces, ensuring seamless execution from setup to pack down.
  • Deliver outstanding client experiences across cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners.
  • Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event, maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service, delighting clients with exceptional food and beverage experiences.

What We're Looking For

  • 6-12 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor.
  • Must have previous function experience, ideally in high-end or large-scale events.
  • Background in 5-star hospitality preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for creating memorable event experiences.
