We are seeking a proactive and experienced event supervisor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective supervision of a large team, assisting in training and collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience.
- Supervise team members and assist with operational requirements including training and development.
- Encourage positive working relationships between departments.
- Ensure events comply with client briefs and implement policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance and report maintenance requirements.
Key qualifications include 2+ years supervisory experience, strong passion in events, natural communication skills, and relevant industry accreditation.
