It will redefine how people play, shop, and socialise in the river city.The Events Logistics Supervisorposition is a hands-on and active role which will assist in the effective running of the logistics team in our Event Centre.
In this role you will provide engaging and high-quality guest service and coordinate team members to maintain the service flow and performance standards of the outlet.
You will be comfortable in operating a forklift, manual pallet jacket, and be able to complete physical tasks such as unloading stock or equipment.A few of your responsibilities:Report all faults, repairs and maintenance requirements in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption to the businessSupervise the Logistics team members and assist the Management team with the training & development of the teamEnsure an open line of communication at all times through daily shift briefings, and ensure a smooth transition and handover between all shiftsEncourage a positive working relationship between Food and Beverage outlets and other departments within the companyWhat we will be looking for:Previous experience in a supervisory roleDemonstrated ability in developing productive workplace relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAccreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)About You:You will have previous experience in leading a team, preferably with proven experience in events or logistics.
Your inspiring leadership and exceptional communication skills enable you to create a positive working relationship between departments within the company.
