About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Support Associate to join our team on a casual basis. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the hotel and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with requests and create memorable experiences by sharing your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest amenities and maintain the security of our guests and their possessions.
  • Promote and up-sell hotel facilities to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain daily liaison with inter-departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests, and activities.
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations while handling customer complaints in an efficient and proactive manner.
  • Provide personalized service to each guest and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
  • Relief Night Auditor when required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A pro-active, responsible, and flexible approach to work.
  • Prior experience in the front office function in a similar environment.
  • Demonstrate ability in delivering guest-centric experiences.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
