**Cloud Security Manager**, **AWS Systems Development Lead**, **Security Solutions Architect**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Security Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Region Services team, you will be responsible for driving the technical and operational efficiency of our AWS Cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Developing a Team of Engineers: You will lead the hiring and development of a team of engineers who will build innovative solutions to address operational problems and drive continuous improvement in systems operations.
- Leading Deployment and Operation of AWS Cloud: You will lead the deployment and operation of AWS Cloud in regions with specialized security needs, ensuring the highest level of security and operational excellence.
- Providing Insights and Status Updates: You will provide deep insights and status updates on the health of services at an executive level, ensuring that our leadership team is informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: You will drive continuous improvement in systems operations through tool building and automation, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective.
- Scaling Our Services: You will scale our services by leading the planning, hardware selection, costing, and provisioning of new capacity, including involvement in the sales process.
- Defining the Roadmap for Our Services: You will participate in the definition of the roadmap for our services, including brand new ones, in collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other development and engineering Managers.
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience: You will have 7 years of relevant systems engineering and administrative experience in networking, storage systems, and operating systems.
- 3 Years of Leadership Experience: You will have 3 years of experience as the systems engineering leader with experience in developing and leading a team of engineers.
- 5 Years of System Operational Management Experience: You will have 5 years of system operational management experience.
- Development Experience: You will have development experience in Java, TypeScript, Python, and/or Ruby.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics: You will have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Performance Engineering and Capacity Planning Background: You will have a background in performance engineering and capacity planning.
- Systems Engineering Fundamentals: You will have a strong understanding of systems engineering fundamentals, including networking, storage, and operating systems.
- Supporting Development Life Cycle Processes: You will have experience supporting development life cycle processes and best practices, especially in the areas of deployment automation and monitoring.
