About the Role

Job Title: AWS Solutions Architect with DEVSECOPS Expertise

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: $170k to $180k + Super

Location: Sydney

About Us: Talent Web is a leading technology company seeking a highly skilled AWS Solutions Architect with DEVSECOPS experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Secure Systems: Develop and maintain system architecture designs and documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Cloud Security Expertise: Design and implement solutions on the AWS platform that are scalable, reliable, and secure, with a focus on infrastructure automation and integrating security into all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Work with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with security in mind, and that best practices are followed. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and operations teams, and ensure that technical best practices are followed.
  • Security Testing and Assessments: Conduct security testing and assessments, including penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability scanning.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response and lead investigations into security incidents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in AWS solutions architecture, infrastructure automation, or information security.
  • Skills: Strong experience in AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda. Strong experience in infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and AWS CloudFormation. Strong experience in information security, including vulnerability management, access controls, and intrusion detection.
  • Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, OSCP, and/or Azure Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
