Due to sustained growth, including recent acquisitions, we have restructured our People & Culture department to ensure timely provision of high-quality people management advice and support.

Reporting to the Group Manager, Corporate Services, you will be part of a three-member Business Partner team, with responsibility and autonomy over your own remit. You will provide end-to-end advice on all things people-related, supporting stakeholders in navigating day-to-day operational issues and gaining experience within the business.

Day To Day Responsibilities Include

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support to enhance people and leadership capability.
  • Providing coaching and advice on all people matters including IR/ER, policy, legislation, and people-related issues.
  • Managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring the right people are in the right jobs.
  • Developing and implementing new initiatives, formulating policy, procedure, and/or process where required.

This role involves frequent travel across states.

About You

As an experienced or aspiring Business Partner, you must enjoy working in a generalist environment and be excited about influencing and coaching leaders through diverse operational HR matters. You will have a natural ability to establish key stakeholder relationships and become a credible, trusted advisor.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. Responsiveness to business needs and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
