People Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate employment records within agreed timeframes.
- Oversee cyclical people activities including performance reviews, compliance, and training administration.
- Provide administrative support to the human resource team across various generalist functions.
- Compile HR data for regular and ad-hoc reporting purposes.
- Ensure employee records are up-to-date and compliant with documentation requirements.
- Essential qualifications include a Statutory Declaration, National Police Clearance, Flu Vaccination Certificate, and Cert III in HR Administration.
- Desirable qualifications include a degree in Human Resource Management, AHRI Certification, and COVID-19 Vaccinations.
