About the Job:

As an Office Administrator / Lending Support Officer, you will develop valuable skills that can grow into a rewarding long-term career.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the team.
  • Communicate with customers and lenders via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support loan applications and document preparation.
  • Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture.

Your Key Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation.

  • Finance or lending experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is an advantage (or willingness to complete it during employment).
