About the Role

APS Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer queries promptly and professionally, and proactively identifying and addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high-volume inbound calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and tracked.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes, ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of resilience, with the ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain a positive attitude.
