About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.
- As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
- Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the glass industry and be able to provide tailored solutions for new glass applications.
- You will work closely with our Sales, Planning, and Glazing teams to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
- Full training will be provided, with support from experienced team members.
- Flexible rostering between 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday's 8.30am to 4.00pm.
About You:
- You must have call center, sales, or retail experience.
- Possess a natural drive for results, with the ability to sell a trade-based product.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a varied audience.
- Strong administrative skills, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize your daily responsibilities.
- Building industry experience/knowledge is an advantage.
