Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to fill the role of Director of Operational Excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in management or leadership roles, with expertise in operational management, process improvement, and team oversight.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing business strategies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Developing and maintaining internal systems and processes.
  • Monitoring business performance and generating reports to inform decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required, along with full working rights in Australia.

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own Pty Ltd company and will have the opportunity to participate in our Profit Share Distribution Scheme after two years.

The role involves approximately 20 hours per week, with fortnightly attendance at our Gold Coast office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that the organization runs smoothly.
