Branch Manager Real Estate Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our Darwin Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, property management, and customer service. You will be entrusted to drive growth and exceed earning targets in our Real Estate business.
You will work closely with the Elders Area Manager and State Managers in Real Estate to contribute to the delivery of wider business objectives. You will also provide technical and operational support to the senior property manager to enhance and grow the existing Property Management business within the market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in growing and managing a large sales team, with a strong understanding of Real Estate services. You will be able to effectively lead, engage, and motivate teams to produce exemplary customer experiences and key business outcomes.
You will be a resourceful, forward-thinking, and passionate leader who understands the importance of effecting real change for both clients and the community. You will have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate will have sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen to manage the P&L and ensure effective operational controls are being maintained in the business.
