About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rippling's Global Implementation team as a foundational member and contribute to the company's mission to revolutionize the way businesses manage their workforce.

As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling's global products, leveraging your deep domain expertise and knowledge of Rippling's products to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and implement Rippling's products to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.
  • Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding customer use cases and aligning them with Rippling's implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Sales, Customer Experience, and R&D, to improve processes and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in implementation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, HR, or finance, with a strong understanding of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements.
  • Proven project management experience, with the ability to deploy multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical account management, or customer success at a fast-paced SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
