About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at the Parliament of Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Operations Branch, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and catering services to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales enquiries and bookings in a professional and timely manner
  • Coordinate event delivery and logistics with multiple stakeholders
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and standard operating procedures
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide products and services
  • Maintain knowledge of contemporary hospitality industry trends
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience in multi-purpose events and catering
  • Qualifications in events or equivalent relevant qualifications/experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance

Salary

The salary range for this position is $77,719 - $84,450 per annum.
