Hotel and Motel Manager Position

We are seeking a talented and hard-working Hotel and Motel Manager to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the operation of hotel reservations, reception, room service, and housekeeping
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Coordinate activities in bar and restaurant areas
  • Analyze customer satisfaction levels and assess employee performance
  • Maintain adherence to occupational health and safety standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate passion for the hospitality industry
  • Possess a highly relevant Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Hold at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in a similar role
  • Exhibit excellent communication and time management skills
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

This position requires an 8-hour shift per day, including weekends. The candidate must be willing to work in a flexible environment.
