who are currently seeking enthusiastic, talented, and hard- working Hotel and Motel Manager.Full-time – OngoingSalary - in the range $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annumResponsibilities will include.Managing of the reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping operationsOverseeing security measures.Coordinating and supervising activities in the bar, restaurant areas.Ensuring adherence to liquor, gaming, and other relevant laws and regulations.Monitoring and evaluating customer satisfaction levels.Supervising accounting and procurement functions.Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standardsPreparing staff roosterTo be considered we expect to see:Demonstrate passion in industry.Possession of a highly relevant Diploma (or equivalent)At least 1 years post qualification experienceExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced/flexible environment.Unrestricted Australian working rightsApplications:If you have the experience, energy, enthusiasm, and the desire to achieve, then this could be the opportunity for you.
