Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Sales Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include:
- Establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective written and verbal communication.
- Generating talent and attracting candidates via job postings, CV searches on job boards, and social media channels.
- Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and extending job offers to successful applicants.
