Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Melbourne. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Consult with hiring managers on hiring practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment methods to source and attract top candidates.
  • Coordinate the use of third-party recruiting organizations with Human Resources Managers and hiring managers.
  • Construct and negotiate complex offers of employment and consult with hiring managers.
  • Proactively maintain market knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • A College or University degree and/or relevant human resources work experience in a financial services environment.
  • 3-10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the financial services domain.
  • Technical expertise in recruitment and sourcing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
  • Strong systems skills, particularly with recruitment systems.
  • Good understanding of compensation policies and practices.

This is a high-paying contract role with a reputable company. Successful candidates will be employed as an on-site contractor via Anton Murray Consulting.
