Client Director Opportunity

This challenging role requires an experienced professional to lead a team and drive transformational projects in the defence sector. You will be responsible for shaping the future of our client's capabilities and developing deep relationships with industry partners.

  • Lead High-Impact Teams: Engage directly in project delivery to earn respect and credibility, demonstrating hands-on leadership and technical excellence.
  • Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with market leads to shape client engagement strategies that align with defence priorities and emerging opportunities.
  • Promote Innovation: Leverage global capabilities to introduce innovative, high-quality services that meet client needs and uphold our reputation for excellence.
  • Develop Future Talent: Recruit and nurture professionals with strong client engagement skills, providing coaching and mentorship to build a resilient, future-ready team.

Key Requirements: A deep understanding of the Department of Defence, particularly within the Security and Estate Group in infrastructure services, and ideally within the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group under defence support services. Proven ability to position, win, and deliver major infrastructure projects.
