The National Civil Infrastructure team is at the forefront of designing and delivering complex projects across various sectors, including defence, transport, power, water, and industrial. Our team of skilled professionals provides expertise in civil engineering, stormwater drainage, earthworks, and road/pavement design.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Civil Engineer to join our team, working on defence projects that require strong technical skills, project management, and coordination. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Design Management and Project Coordination
  • Developing workflow processes from feasibility to detailed design
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members
  • Business development and securing projects with clients and industry partners

About You

You'll be a qualified Professional Engineer or Engineering Technologist with Engineers Australia, bringing experience from a consulting environment, particularly in general civil projects and the Australian Defence sector. You're a values-driven person who thrives in a collaborative culture, delivering excellence for clients.
