Job Title: National Sales Director for Defence Sector

As a key member of our Sales Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value projects of national significance. Working from our Sydney HQ, you will drive the business growth and development of our Vehicle and Tactical Systems (VTS) domain across four key businesses: Protected Mobility Vehicles, Australian Munitions, Integrated Weapon Systems, and Explosive Ordinance Systems.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a national sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the defence sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government and military clients.
  • Drive business development initiatives to secure high-value contracts for defence vehicles and munitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs.

Qualifications:
  • Significant leadership experience, with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams in the defence industry.
  • Deep knowledge of defence vehicles and munitions, with established networks in the Australian or global defence market.
  • Experience in the Australian Army or other military service is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for a large-scale portfolio.
  • Track record delivering team sales targets.
