A fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to sharpen their skills and experience in supporting our Critical Infrastructure Telepower team in Stapylton. You will be supporting construction supervisors and project managers in delivering the program of works across Queensland.

As the project coordinator you will be responsible for forecasting, managing and reporting on budgets and cost to ensure optimal project outcomes. Key responsibilities include –
- Proactively forecast and plan in accordance with the Program of Works in conjunction with the client's expectation and ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ensure all materials are ordered/delivered in a timely manner to meet construction schedules
- Monitor construction execution and report delays/issues to the construction team
- Manage, review, and develop weekly and monthly progress reports
- Specialist support to internal stakeholders providing solution-based improvement initiates
- Actively manage and ensure Project Management systems, and scheduling are up to date
- Ensure that all staff and subcontractors involved are fully compliant in VisRes and other data bases
- Carry out DBOR audits each month (minimum 5 per month)
- Relevant administration task in supporting the project team
Previous experience in coordinating work will see you succeed in this role
- Demonstrated knowledge of cost, commercial management, and finance principles
- Proactively identify and resolve problems in conjunction with the Site team
- Significant planning and organizational skills
- Excellent skills across Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel (and SAP)
- Sound communication and collaboration skills
