We are seeking a skilled Servicing Coordinator to oversee the allocation of servicing and repair bookings.

This role involves building relationships with clients, utilizing strong communication skills to engage with all stakeholders. You will be responsible for scheduling bookings, creating job numbers, and allocating tasks to workshop mechanics.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess mechanical experience in customer service roles, engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, interacting with clients through various channels.
  • Possess strong knowledge of truck and heavy equipment parts, systems, and their applications.
  • Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Schedule bookings, create job numbers, and allocate tasks to workshop mechanics.
  • Support stores division for parts interpretation, pricing, availability, ordering, and delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the workshop, providing updates on servicing and repairs.
  • Work closely with the Branch Management, Administration, Procurement, and Mechanical teams.
  • Collate relevant information to complete invoices.
  • Communicate with clients for approval and closure of repairs.

Please note that flexibility is required to assist in other areas of the facility when necessary.
