A leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled National Business Development Manager to drive growth and success across the country.

This role involves overseeing a high-performing sales team, managing major accounts, and ensuring the organisation remains a trusted partner across multiple industries.

A strong understanding of industrial, specialty, and medical gases is essential for success in this position.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a national business development team with expertise in sales leadership.
  • Drive new business growth and expand existing customer relationships through strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tailored solutions, proposals, and contracts that maximise profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the organisation at national industry events and customer engagements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven success in senior business development or sales leadership roles within industrial, specialty, or medical gases.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial operations and sales strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, manufacturing, or related industries highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business preferred.
  • Commercially astute, results-driven, and able to engage at executive level.
