About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Chatswood, Sydney. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our casework team, including data entry, record management, and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Offer exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of mail, as well as the arrangement of couriers and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to agency guidelines and policies.
  • Provide secretariat support to team meetings and supervision, ensuring confidentiality and maintaining records as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
