About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at EBR in our Chatswood office.
About the Team:
Our team is a supportive group of professionals working together to achieve excellent results. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
About the Position:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing check-in and check-out processes for all guests
- Responding to phone inquiries and directing concerns to the appropriate department
- Maintaining the lobby and recreation area to a high standard
- Scheduling meeting rooms and coordinating office events
- Developing and implementing office rules and policies
- Updating social media activities and events
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
About You:

- Professional and polite demeanor
- Flexibility and availability to assist with other tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
