We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Operations Manager to join our team at uWorkin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our campus, including emergency response and coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational leadership to ensure the highest standard of functional service delivery and achievement of strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate the immediate response to internal or external emergency events.
- Lead the Campus Operations portfolio, including emergency planning and continuity management functions, health security, and corporate services.
- Manage a team of approximately 100 staff and oversee the facilities management of community health facilities.
- A generous remuneration package, including salary range of $5062.30 to $5432.80 p.f. (AO7), 4 weeks annual leave with 17.5% loading, and 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
- Professional development opportunities, salary sacrificing options, shift and locality allowances, employee wellness and assistance programs, and access to corporate discounts.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, or accounting would be highly regarded.
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2) would be highly regarded.
- Experience in the health service delivery environment would be highly regarded.
- Possession of a class C drivers' licence.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
