Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our manufacture operations, ensuring the successful supply of products to customers.

This role involves managing a small team and overseeing day-to-day activities in the workshop to guarantee high-quality product assembly and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product assembly and repair.

  • Prioritize work assignments and resolve daily challenges to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Champion a safe and collaborative team environment that promotes company values and mission, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage workshop operations efficiently, ensuring quality and safety processes are followed.
  • Capture product manufacturing run times to improve sprint workload accuracy.
  • Coordinate quality control inspections of incoming goods, recording outcomes in the quality management system.
  • Manage defective items into the manufacturing quarantine location.
  • Perform and coordinate test equipment calibration as scheduled, with records filed as evidence of conformity.
  • Oversee customer equipment repairs and warranty claims.
  • Supervise the repair process, ensuring equipment repair records are completed fully.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Electronic Engineering.
  • 1-2 years' experience in team or workshop management.
  • Experience in equipment repair process and warranty assessment.
  • Experience in workshop safety management framework.
  • Familiarity with IPC standards.
  • Understanding of ISO9001 Quality Management System framework.
