About the Role

This role offers a key opportunity to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations within our Liverpool NSW facility.

As an experienced leader, you will oversee production or packaging operations for all frozen products, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality control.

You will be responsible for leading a team to achieve production goals, maintaining high standards under pressure, and adapting to dynamic environments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and technical skills, with excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Maintaining a safe working environment is crucial in this position, as well as adhering to site policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Production or Packing Team to ensure smooth operation of assigned area.
  • Ensure the team achieves and maintains target product specifications and requirements.
  • Competently complete all required tasks.
  • Liaise with Team Leader to plan and facilitate workflow to meet required targets.
  • Occasionally Act as Team Leader when required.
  • Conduct regular toolbox talks.

Qualifications and Experience

No formal qualifications are required. A Forklift Licence is desirable but not necessary.
