Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Manage and oversee the development of training programs for employees across all levels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
    • Oversee the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality programs.
    • Assess the success of development plans and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
    • Create engaging and interactive learning activities and compelling course content to drive employee engagement.
    • Provide end-to-end management of training events, ensuring seamless execution and high participant satisfaction.
    • Report on L&D activities to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future development.
  • Requirements:
    • A strong background in Learning and Development, with a proven track record of success.
    • Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
    • Strong knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools, with experience in implementing and managing these systems.
    • Excellent all-round internal business partnering skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
