Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement learning and development standards across our Portland location.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs.
- Design and source relevant training content, modernizing training methods to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
- Deliver and facilitate regional leadership programs, developing localised initiatives as needed.
- Build influential relationships with senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and engagement in L&D.
- Monitor site-wide learning initiatives, ensuring training compliance and providing strategic advice to the location HR Manager.
- A degree or postgraduate qualification in learning and development or a related field.
- Cert IV Workplace Assessment and Training or equivalent.
- A passion for people development and a drive for delivering high-quality L&D outcomes.
- Experience working in mining or heavy industry environments with a strong safety focus.
- Solid knowledge of mandated training requirements within our industry.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to plan, monitor, and report critical activities.
