We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Commercial Growth Strategist, driving forward-thinking initiatives and fostering key relationships within the clinical research landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and develop strategic opportunities for business growth, navigating complex client organisations and identifying unmet needs.
  • Pursue new business leads from initial contact through to contract execution, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partnerships.
  • Expand existing accounts by proposing tailored solutions that meet client objectives, further solidifying long-term relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with operational teams.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience in cultivating effective partnerships. Regular travel is anticipated; remote work arrangements may be available depending on your location.
