**Gardening Role Opportunity**

As a gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in people's lives while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in gardening is required;
  • Fantastic customer service skills;
  • Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities;
  • A team player;
  • Good communication skills are written, interpersonal and verbal;
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills;
  • A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team;
  • Will be able to keep up with the demands of the physical demands of a gardening role;
  • Will be able to work across other services to spend time with customers (this may include domestic assistance, social support, group activities)

**Essential Requirements:**

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Certificate in Horticulture or similar would be an advantage but not essential;
  • Current Western Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
  • Rights to work in Australia

Prerequisites:

  • A NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply)
