About The RoleWe are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in Maitland and surrounding areas. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, delivering therapy and support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
- Assess and communicate with families to understand their needs and goals
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Educators, to support children's development
- Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system
- Provide support for children and families before and after school appointments
- Continuous Learning: Guidance and support provided by industry-leading early childhood clinicians and allied health practitioners
