About The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in Maitland and surrounding areas. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, delivering therapy and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
  • Assess and communicate with families to understand their needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Educators, to support children's development
  • Document and bill for sessions through our online participant management system
  • Provide support for children and families before and after school appointments

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
