With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, delivering interventions to NDIS participants and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to join our team in Maitland and surrounding areas. As a Key Worker, you will work with children aged 0-8 and their families, providing therapy and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants and their families
  • Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centres
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
