Parish HR Partner

Sydney Anglicans is seeking a skilled Parish HR Partner to join our dedicated HR team.

The successful applicant will be an experienced Human Resources professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support in the context of parish workplaces.

We exist to provide strategic and missionally aligned support to those responsible for both the oversight and day-to-day functions of our 260 parish workplaces, enhancing healthy workplace relationships and operational efficiency.

About You

You will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally in a not-for-profit or faith-based context.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing others and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Apart from this role, applicants must have a demonstrated Christian commitment and be an active member of an Anglican church.
