We are seeking an experienced ERP Transformation Testing Manager to lead the testing strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for shaping testing processes, driving UAT, and embedding a strong testing culture across the business.Key responsibilities include leading system, integration, and UAT testing, developing and executing test plans, producing key deliverables such as Master Test Plans, Test Summary Reports, Traceability Matrices, and Defect Reports, driving UAT engagement with business stakeholders, managing defect tracking and resolution using appropriate tools, and establishing processes for ongoing ERP version upgrade testing.To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience as a Test Lead or Senior Test Analyst on a Tier-1 ERP project, strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices, experience within integration testing and managing complex test cycles, ability to work independently, own deliverables, and meet deadlines, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and high attention to detail, strong organization, and planning skills.This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact on a major ERP transformation that will shape how a global business operates for years to come.
