The Strategic Operations Director will be a key partner to the CEO, driving day-to-day operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management and reporting.

They will oversee the implementation of AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

As a thought partner to the CEO, they will focus on sustainable growth, risk mitigation and long-term value creation.

  • Operational Leadership">
    • ">
    • Drive operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management and reporting.">
    • Oversee the implementation of AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.">

  • Investment Oversight and Governance">
    • ">
    • Serve as a liaison between the investment committee and external advisers.">
    • Oversee portfolio reporting, cash flow planning, capital calls and policy implementation.">
    • Ensure fiduciary, legal and tax compliance across a sophisticated structure of trusts, companies and offshore entities.">
    • Support the ongoing operations and governance of an active charitable foundation.">

    • Lead a high-performing team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.">
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve long-term goals.">
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the CEO, board members, investors and external partners.">

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned executive with 10-20 years of experience in a similar position.

Applicants must have a proven track record of operational and financial acumen, as well as a collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, humility and sound judgment.
