About the Role

This pivotal role requires supporting senior leadership to ensure excellence in corporate governance, board operations, and organisational compliance.

  • Oversee all Board and Sub-Committee activities including meeting papers, reports, policies, schedules, and records.
  • Support preparation of high-level reporting and key deliverables for the CEO and Board.
  • Manage onboarding, orientation, and training requirements for Directors.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Directors and Sub-Committee members.
  • Lead board performance appraisals and contribute to key reports such as the Chairman's Address.
  • Manage governance resources and Diligent Boards software.
  • Assist with strategic priorities, projects, and financial reporting inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.
About You

You are a confident leader who thrives in a governance-focused role. To be successful, you will bring experience working with Boards of Directors or senior leadership in a governance capacity, tertiary qualifications in business management, corporate governance or equivalent experience, and minimum 5 years' leadership experience across multiple business functions.
