Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading the delivery of water engineering projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure a pipeline of work, aligning with business objectives and delivering projects that exceed client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in client-facing roles, providing expert advice and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Direct and define the scope of water projects, designing innovative technical solutions and leading project design teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue.
  • Develop and mentor less experienced team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across service lines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with relevant engineering registration where applicable.
  • Significant experience in technical leadership and management of water engineering projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable standards and familiarity with industry best practice.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences, with ability to cross-sell and identify new service offerings.
  • A valid driver's license.
