
Water Project Manager

This position is responsible for leading the delivery of water projects, business development, and mentoring within the Northern Australia water team.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in technical leadership and management of water engineering projects, with extensive knowledge of applicable standards and industry best practices.
They will be able to deliver exceptional client experience, cross-sell new services, and identify opportunities for growth.
This role requires a bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with relevant registration where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:- Securing a pipeline of work in line with the group's business plan and delivering results that meet client expectations.
- Representing the company in client-facing roles as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with local clients.
- Defining project scopes, designing innovative solutions, and leading design teams to achieve outcomes.
- Developing and submitting proposals for new projects, leveraging expertise to win business.
- Mentoring junior team members, collaborating across service lines, and driving team success.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with relevant registration where applicable.
- Significant experience in technical leadership and management of water engineering projects.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable standards and industry best practices.
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences, identifying new business opportunities, and driving team success.
- A valid driver's license.
