The Colliers Engineering and Design team specialises in civil, infrastructure, water engineering, town planning and urban design. Key services provided to developers in this service line include site assessment and due diligence, planning approvals and engineering design through to completion of construction.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Leader, Land Development to join our growing team in Darwin. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a pivotal role monitoring and driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 460 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
- Lead and manage large-scale land development projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.
