About the Role:

Coordinate export shipments with customers and overseas offices, ensuring timely and accurate communication and providing guidance on shipment status. Achieve client KPIs by processing information efficiently and verifying cargo suitability for international transport as needed. Facilitate airfreight / sea freight bookings and ensure competitive buying.

Complete export clearances and prepare export documentation accurately and within deadlines. Pre-alert consignments and assist with tenders and RFQs. Participate in general office and warehouse tasks as required, utilizing problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in export operations
  • Knowledge of customs and freight forwarding terminology
  • Strong negotiation and relationship skills
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail and strong planning and organizing skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
