We're seeking a Civil or Mechanical Engineer with experience in Water & Wastewater treatment or Network Infrastructure to join our team in Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex and ambitious water & wastewater projects for clients across NSW, Australia, and internationally
  • Utilize your expertise to understand clients' needs and deliver significant water & wastewater treatment and network projects
  • Use your technical, project management, and client relationship skills for the delivery and technical guidance of proposals, investigations, and technical design projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including business development and engagement throughout project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, coupled with 5-10 years' experience in water or wastewater treatment, or network infrastructure concept and detailed design
  • Ability to lead and/or work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team across the project lifecycle
  • Strong client relationship skills, project management skills, and experience in preparing winning proposals
  • Design or planning skills in water/wastewater treatment and network infrastructure, producing technical reports, developing engineering drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Experience with using civil design software and digital design workflows, with experience in plant hydraulics being highly desirable
  • Project management or design management experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
