Water Infrastructure Project Manager

Our organization is seeking a skilled Water Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing field staff across multiple projects in the water space.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting and managing teams, identifying skills gaps and proactively addressing them. They will also be responsible for supervising and managing subcontractors effectively, as well as planning onsite works including people, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work on sites across Greater Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a background in civil construction or related fields (pipelaying, trenching, etc).

As a Water Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and drive us towards a water-resilient world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage field staff across multiple projects in the water space
  • Recruit and manage teams, identify skills gaps and address them proactively
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Plan onsite works including people, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
  • Work on sites across Greater Adelaide
Requirements:
